Biographies
James A. Neppl
As a Corporate Spiritual Consultant Jim Neppl partners with businesses and organizations to develop healthy work cultures and environments through engaging others in Corporate Spirituality. Jim is a Spiritual Director, Facilitator, Trainer and Public Speaker.
His work includes developing corporate retreats, workshops and experiences for both teams and individuals to enhance communication, capacity and job fulfillment. 
He is currently researching and developing a practice of Corporate Chaplaincy; being present with and for employees on the job.
As a consultant facilitator, Jim develops and delivers presentations and retreats on a variety of topics including: Diversity Awareness and Cultural Education, Prayer, Communication, Team Building, the Spirituality of Work, Leadership, Public Ministry and others by arrangement.
Jim is completing a MA Degree in Pastoral Ministry at St. John's University School of Theology in Collegeville, MN and has completed certification in Spiritual Direction from the Franciscan Spirituality Center, La Crosse, WI.
Jeff Dols
Jeff brings more than a decade of organizational and business process strategic visioning from the corporate world, combined with years
of spiritual mentorship and facilitation, to provide a unique blend of experiences to serve as a Corporate Spiritual Consultant.
In his corporate work, Jeff helps groups model their businesses to best align with a shared vision and mission. He facilitates modeling sessions that bring together the impacts of organizational, technological, and process changes to help the group and its individual members realize their full potential.
In his spiritual leadership engagements, he has facilitated retreats and on-going group sessions for justice education formation, as well as served as a group leader and individual spiritual companion in faith formation programs.
Jeff is working toward achieving his certification in the program: “Tending the Holy: Preparation for the Ministry of Spiritual Direction” at the Christos Center for Spiritual Formation in Lino Lakes, MN.
